How returns and refunds work at Monrich. Our full legal terms are in the refund policy.

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item for a full refund. No explanation required.

This sits on top of your statutory rights, it does not replace them. UK customers are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. EU and EEA customers keep the mandatory 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.

Conditions

  • The item is unworn and in its original condition
  • The original gift box and any documentation are included
  • The item is not personalised or custom-engraved (see below)

Personalised and engraved pieces

Custom-engraved items — initials, dates, name plates, coordinates, family crests — are made to order and are not eligible for return, unless they arrive faulty or do not match the engraving you specified.

If you spot a mistake in what you submitted, email us within 24 hours of placing the order. We can usually correct it before production begins.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to one of the following:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement, or
  • A free repair

This right applies for six months from delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email contact@monrich.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@monrich.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We confirm the return and send you instructions
  3. Send the item back in its original packaging
  4. We process your refund once the item arrives with us

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed on our side, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Wrong size?

If a piece doesn't fit, a return for the right size falls under the same 30-day window. Check our size guide before reordering, or email us your wrist or ring measurement and we will tell you which size to take.
