30-day return window
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item for a full refund — no questions asked.
Conditions for return
- The item is unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging
- The item is not personalised or custom-engraved (see exception below)
- The original gift box and any documentation are included
Personalised items
Custom-engraved pieces (initials, dates, family crests, coordinate bars, name plates) are made to order and are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or do not match your engraving specification. If you spot an error in the engraving you submitted, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order — we can usually correct it before production.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:
- A full refund, OR
- A free replacement, OR
- A free repair
This right applies for 6 months under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email contact@monrich.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
Return procedure
- Email contact@monrich.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We confirm the return and provide the return address within 24 hours
- Ship the item back via tracked post (return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty)
- Once received and inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days

Exchanges
For size or style exchanges within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll arrange the exchange. UK exchanges are free (free return post + free reshipping). EU and international exchanges: return post is at your cost, reshipping is free.
Refund timing
- UK debit/credit cards: 3–5 working days after we receive the return
- PayPal: 1–3 working days
- Klarna: handled directly by Klarna, typically 1–2 working days
